Muhammad Ullah is currently working as an assistant professor in the department of philosophy at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. He has completed his undergraduate (Hons.) and MA in philosophy from Dhaka University. Securing the top position in both programs, he joined as a lecturer of philosophy in 2011. His research interest covers multiple areas with an interdisciplinary outlook that focuses on the issue in the context. Theorization and application of theories are both the core of his research works. As Social and political philosophy is his major concern, he works on humanitarian issues regarding refugees (political, environmental, and climate). His work on educational science and policy is ongoing. The socio-psychological conditions behind social development are also a part of his analytic works.
